For auto-generating Git commit messages
Common approach: open a new temporary AI chat, dump Git diff and recent chat context, with a system prompt on how to summarize
dyad's approach is terse and sharp
System prompt requires the agent after each turn to call set_chat_summary summarizing what was done
The tool was originally for setting session title after first chat—they also use it as commit message
Very simple, efficient, fast
