Two products in prep—design ideation done
and product prototype demos running
Stuck at execution; vs design and prototype stages which were most exciting, stimulating, full of drive
Once at execution, it feels dull—cliff drop. Seem not to like dirty hard work, only want strategy from afar?
Then I counsel myself: execution beats a good idea
Maybe too afraid of failure, sunk cost
waiting for best practice, never departing
Haven't deeply realized everything is meaningless
Even with "best" approach and "ultimate" delivery
within foreseeable time you'll be eliminated
Like life itself—originally meaningless
Live toward death, enjoy the process
Live well, do well—that's meaning
Delivery looks like the last step but is the most important
Continuous delivery and building raise odds of being seen
No need for deliberate intent, no expectation the product succeeds
Markets you can't predict
Frequently build and ship many products—no single bet, no over-expectation
then the market may see you
and timing may match
