Day 3 not commuting to the office

Thoughts

Day 3 not commuting to the office
and already schedule is chaotic and freeform
Day 1 pulled an all-nighter, slept till noon
Day 2 slept at 2am till noon
Then midday Robo-Kuaipao autonomous car to the mall
Random supermarket boiled dumplings / Lawson onigiri
Afternoons at Gaga or Starbucks
Core work hours just 3–6

Evenings park basketball
End time by mood
Come back need dinner
Scroll short video forever before showering
Basically 11pm by then
Then in bed only one low-efficiency work block
like watching interviews, doing solution research

Basically once I leave a fixed daily mainline task
entropy shoots to do-as-I-please
Freelance/digital nomad years were the same
Needed stimulus points to activate work mode
e.g.
Switch office: cafés / McD / KFC / malls
Switch living: travel on a whim / change cities / move often
Switch sleep: hotels / hostels
Actually very inefficient and costly

Suspect INFP base personality
maybe some ADHD
But put me in a team work environment
output is high
and routine is fixed
three points one line
No need for outside stimuli
which all cost money/time/energy
I know the benefits of regular sleep of course

Take body-mind health
Basketball today plummeted
2–3 days of staying up can't compare
to that last night at the court leaving the company
Then I truly felt everything worldly is floating cloud
"whatever, whatever, whatever"
Do what you want
Don't watch opponents, don't watch outside
Basketball is like that—the less you care about others
the stronger the mind, the more you dare attack and score

Seems only returning to normal commute work is the cure
Tried so many years myself
still this damn way hhh
