Can't demand infinite resources

Thoughts

Can't demand infinite resources
Can't only produce results given infinite resources

The geniuses at Bell Labs who invented Unix
didn't have great computer hardware then
Ran the first version on antique gear with under 32K memory
Now blooming on devices in every corner of the world
Why are familiar shell commands so terse
No choice—forced
squeezed from extreme performance under limits
Geniuses also had to maneuver management to get resources

"Demand unlimited AI tokens from the company"
Companies can refuse righteously
Not just cost, not stinginess
Unlimited tokens
don't guarantee unbounded productivity
but will bring unrestrained waste and kill drive to innovate and improve

Innovation often comes from constraint
like Chinese models led by DeepSeek
or Genspark's free unlimited AI chat—very strong
Close to pricey "super agent" results

Months ago two paid accounts weren't enough for solution research
Now I can finish 80%+ of research free
Exactly improvement forced by limited resources
