Work that deals with machines will eventually be replaced by AI
Ability to deal with people is worth extreme Focus

People are complex, not precisely quantifiable, always changing
Emotional links between people are subtle—machines can't understand or imitate
Mind-to-mind transmission is biologically capped; unlike AI compute it can't be mass-standardized, iterated, cost-cut, performance-boosted
Biology guarantees long-term mental stability—or lag

Meaning once acquired, the skill stays usable long-term
No need for massive rebuilds for a long stretch
And gets smoother with use
Radiates beyond work too
Family, friends, romance, intimacy—all transferable
Tech work returns to the human itself
People-first, not tech/machines-first

Growing influence—social skill, charm, leadership, etc.
are muscle groups I must train
cultivation beyond tech
Not about deep tech details
Core of tech work becomes heavy theory foundation and key direction
not volume of engineering-detail experience

Because prepping the next job interview
focusing on craft of expression
making interviewers believe and admire you may matter more
