Two weeks of AWS Solutions Architect Associate prep and I somehow passed
Applied for an extra 30 minutes
(all-English exam for non-native speakers)
Questions were much harder than the practice I'd done
Lots of tricky, ambiguous options
Finished near 5pm thinking I was doomed
Came home in a bad mood
Results dropped around 4am
Email hadn't arrived yet
but the system showed pass—could download the score PDF
I used Tutorial Dojo's question bank
and bought the 1019 ExamTopics set on the gray market
but I only casually looked at a dozen!
After the exam communities everywhere said
the 1019 set has many real questions!
So I panicked even more—passing felt less likely
I used 130+30 minutes and barely had enough to review flagged questions
Took a bathroom break mid-exam—time was tight
ps Exam fee was 475 RMB with a discount voucher from the gray market, redeemed on the registration payment page
