This really did turn into going all-in founding with the boss
Past the boundary of an employee's duty
The past already proved
this seeming All-in
isn't necessarily good for either side
It becomes a partner's job
Why would they bring you in
and not give you any of the cake
It turns into one-sided wishful thinking
Are you and the boss sworn in blood?
Why would they trust you with their back
What you call all-in may not look that way to them
It only inflates your expectations until you feel unpaid
That doesn't fit human nature
Don't overrate yourself
Don't challenge human nature either
I've said treat human nature like nature itself
with reverence
Unless it's the kind of work
where you can clearly see
it will leave a positive mark on the world
with the potential to shift civilization
That's too idealized
So don't casually show those utopian ideals
Keep them and guard them yourself
Don't put too much hope on a job
Sell mental labor for pay
That simple
Fits the social contract and the rules
That's enough
